Beyond the
Office

|
Drs. Levine and Adamczyk have
demonstrated commitment to the community, bringing their
caring and expertise to both the youngest and the most mature
of our residents. We offer:
|
|
Workshops for Educators: Our doctors have several programs
available to help local teachers understand the nature of
vision disorders and how they can help their students overcome
them. Dr. Levine has special training in visual perceptual
evaluations, a field that links a child's learning skills to
his or her visual abilities. We bring this workshop into the
schools.
|
|
Home Visits: We are available to those people who
cannot come to see us but need optical care. We can arrange to
visit nursing homes upon
request.
|
|
In Case of Emergency: Drs. Levine and Adamczyk are always
available to their patients. If you have an emergency after
our regular office hours, the answering machine at the office
will give you detailed instructions for reaching one of our
doctors. This beeper number is recorded on the
machine:
(908)498-6659

|

we request payment on the day of your visit to our
office. Insurance--For the convenience of our patients we
put together a superbill for you to present to your insurance
company for reimbursement. Medicare--Our doctors are
participating Medicare physicians. HMOs/PPOs--We accept
